The property and check-in area were very well kept and open for guests. The breakfast area was very well maintained and had sufficient breakfast items. the pool was in use although I did not use it. It was an enjoyable and I would probabl stay her again if I were in the area. The hotel is close to any number of shopping centers and restaurants.

Upon entering room, we immediately noticed multiple baby roaches crawling near the fridge and desk. The front desk receptionist was accommodating to get us a different room, which was clean and we did not notice any roaches. Our 2nd room had broken window curtains so street lights shone through window all night. Lots of breakfast options. No elevator for 2nd floor.

smells bad and not clean

We have stayed here 3 other times because the beds are comfortable. This time was the worst- there was rust on our bathroom floor, a dirty used washcloth in the shower and sticky mess in the fridge. They were so understaffed, we waited in line just to ask a question and check in was very slow. The whole place reeks of weed now.

This is 3 rd time staying at this hotel in 6 months and the ice machine is still broken. The only ice machine available is on the 2nd floor. However we are senior citizens and we would have to climb stairs since the hotel does not have an elevator. I think at this point it is time to buy a new ice maker since the hotel is usually at full occupancy when we stay there.
