Disappointing stay

Room was very dirty, filthy tea towel. The barbecue was not cleaned and the grease tray was overflowing and fat all over the table under it. Room was a reasonable aize and bathroom good.

Lovely cabin. A little distance from town.

Even though the resort is on the edge of the highway we did not hear any noise during the night. Great cabin with good facilities. Shower in spa bath needs safety rails. Towels were very thin but fortunately we had our own.

The talents of the cook in the bistro remains questionable. He could only manage to cook one meal at a time. I'm also not sure about wearing air-pods in the kitchen. Maybe a health & safety issue????

The cabins are okay, but stained carpets, average linen... Maybe was cleaned... Maybe not (we asked to get a another set, as it wasn't our hair in it). The bed could do with a good vacuum... (Dead bugs in the crevasses). The bedside light fixture burnt my wife's hand due to wrong globe type installed. I think when I read Deluxe cabin I maybe expected more.

Don’t let the exterior of the rooms put you off. The interior is as the resort advertises. Novel idea having a spa bath while watching the wildlife. I liked it !!!

Overall the room was very nice and they gave us nice extras like a little toothpaste and brush . The only issue was a few mozzies had got in the rom before we came and although everything was clean there were quite a few spider webs on ceiling. Staff were very friendly

Nice big and clean rooms with a balcony with a view. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon were they had a live singer and tables out in the lawn to sit and eat/drink while the kids could run around and play. Would definitely come back and recommend to stay here.
