Upon arriving, we waited an unusually long time for someone to come to the front desk and check us in. When a staff member finally appeared, they looked as if they had just woken up, which didn’t give us much confidence in the level of service.
On our second morning, we were woken up by a barking dog. After about 25 minutes of nonstop barking, I called the front desk and was told the issue would be handled. Unfortunately, nothing changed—the dog continued barking for another 30 minutes.
Overall, I was not impressed with this hotel. The service and experience fell well below expectations.
