Perfect location and great rooms

Hotel location was great. Staffs were helpful and attentive. We purposely chose this hotel for the location (near King’s Cross) and the fact that it could offer 3 beds in one bedroom. We really enjoyed our stay and will return on our next trip to London.

This hotel is located in an excellent area, close to the underground station for local and international travel. We literally rolled our suitcases to get there. We were also able to hop on the underground train to get to other locations very easily. The staff was very helpful. I had to teach a class in the middle of the night (California time), and they helped me to find a location that was quiet and would not bother the other guests. Also, I left one of my items in the hotel room. They called me and helped me to make arrangements to have sent to Amsterdam, my next location. The rooms are cozy. The shower was great, even though it was a bit small. There were free snacks in the refrigerator. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Great hotel very near station but on a lovely quiet street. Very helpful staff (both reception and housekeeping). Room very clean with comfy beds. Proche de St Pancras

Arrivés en fin de matinée, nous avons pu laisser notre valise en conciergerie à l'hôtel. Toutefois la communication a été compliquée, personne ne parle français. Vive les applis de traduction. Nous avons récupéré notre chambre à 15 h comme prévu. La chambre est petite, comporte une espace avec évier, cafetière à capsules (inutile d'en demander +, vous n'en aurez pas) un mini frigo rempli de quelques bonbons, jus de fruits, etc, gratuits, mais vous ne pourrez pas y mettre grand chose. Lit confortable et salle d'eau avec toilette, cabine de douche et lavabo. Nous avons connu des soucis avec le wifi. Un technicien a semble-t-il passé beaucoup de temps à essayer de réparer. Bref l'hôtel est à 2 pas de St Pancras, ce qui est très pratique.

I chose this place because it was well-reviewed, affordable, and close to St. Pancras. It was exactly what I needed, only a five-minute walk to/from the station, with all the amenities I needed, including A/C (which worked great), outlets for devices both at a small desk and next to the bed, and an iron and ironing board. I had the room right off the lobby, but after closing the door between the entry hallway and the bedroom, I heard none of the lobby noise. The room was small, but a bit more spacious than I'd expected, with an actual closet where you could hang clothes. There was even a little kitchen area with a microwave, although I didn't use it. I liked that they provided water bottles and some snacks in the mini-fridge and that it was all complimentary! (I only took the water.) The bathroom only had outlets for shavers, so I had to use my hair dryer in the bedroom, which worked out fine because there was a mirror next to the electrical outlet. Other than St. Pancras being nearby, Soho was about a 20-minute walk away and other streets with restaurants and shops were also a few minutes' walk away. I would definitely stay here again (and in fact I've already booked it for a week from now).

Upscale Hotel Across From Train Stations

We have stayed here before. It is a very nice property across from Kings Cross and St. Pancras Stations. The only issue during our most recent stay was that our room faced the stations. Pretty noisy! The interior windows don't close all the way (most historic properties have modern interior windows inside the original windows) so we were forced to wear ear plugs all night. But that's life in the big city sometimes. Our room was spacious and upscale.
