Work is being done here,Hospitality was nice…our room was supposed to have 2 queen beds but had 2 double beds instead…hot tub was not hot upon arrival but told desk in morning and was fixed next day…breakfast was good…close to Downtown Portland..seems like the hotel itself is in a change over process….

Needs a breakfast update.

The hotel is ok. The rooms are comfortable and the staff was congenial. The breakfast needs an update. No grab and go fresh fruit, the hot offerings left much to be desired and no flavored creamer option. And they were running out of creamer.

The place looked like a tornado went thru it. Wi-fi was down. Manager had to get it started again. Morning drink dispenser was broken-no orange juice. The 2% milk carafe had sour milk in it-I had to throw away my cereal. Worst place we have ever stayed in!!!!!!

The room was not cleaned at all there was two left over bra's in the bathroom drawer dirty mind you,the water to take a bath the diverter was broken and only the shower water ran as I am handicapped so I had to sit in a hard tub until the water finally filled the tub the breakfast in the morning was sub par and very little to choose from! the drink station was out of order so no juice the milk was sour they have dogs running around in the hallways which smells really bad I might sound like a disgruntled customer but I have stayed here before and never had a problem that is why I am in shock of the deplorable condition I will not recommend this hotel to a raccoon save your money there is so many other hotels near by for a better price and much cleaner happy travels and I hope you read this before you waist your money 💰

Auf der Couch ekelige Flecken, Der Teopich schmutzig, das Bett durchgelegen. Die Wände sind sehr dünn - man hört Morgens die Wecker der anderen Gäste. Frühstück: Kein Platz, bei uns waren Eier, Milch, Käse leer - es dauert ewig bis aufgefüllt ist. Wir sind gerne in Hampton Inn - aber dieses muss dringend erneuert werden.

We stayed there many times before and were always happy. We were very disappointed with the conditions this time, room didn’t meet their usual standards and hallways needed to be vacuumed and cleaned. Breakfast was so-so. It seems that facility needs some work and updates to the rooms. The lady that checked us in was very helpful and personable. She definitely is a plus for there facility.

I stay at a variety of Hotels in the area for work on a regular basis and decided to try this one. Upon checking in and going to my room I was suddenly hit by the smell of " Wet Dog" the room smelled so bad immediately went down to the front desk and told the person and they switched rooms for me and apologized. The person was very good about this with a good sense of customer service. I went up to the new room and it smelled just as bad. I ended up leaving and re-booking with another hotel. this Hotel is pet friendly and has carpets. Not a good combination. The lady at the front desk was nice and understood, However I did loose some of my money on this because they said I had "checked in". I would not recommend this place to anyone.
