Mini bathroom

Smallest bathroom I've ever seen. Only half a shower door. Sink was about 2 feet off the ground. I had to sit on the toilet to use the sink. Only a few of the lights worked. The room wasn't too bad. It seemed clean enough.

Arrived about 5 hours early before check-in. Even with the craziness of the holiday weekend, they were able to get me checked in 3 hours earlier than anticipated. Room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Hotel was located close to downtown St. Ignace, and had quick access to the bridge. Which allowed us to beat a lot of the traffic going back south. Breakfast was great, service was great, we will definitely be back!

Wow where to start ..hotel hasn’t been updated since the 1970’s. Arrived at the hotel and had to wait 15 minutes for the front desk clerk to even show up. Had rented 2 rooms and then other couple in the party with the same last name had already showed up . Clerk hadn’t even checked to see that the 2 first names were different and gave them the wrong room. Breakfast room was dirty and cramped. Do yourself a favor and find another hotel when staying in St Ignace.

Disappointed. I thought I booked the Quility Inn on the lake and they directed me to one next to a truck stop. It was old And not at all what the picture showed. The picture you’re showing now is NOT the hotel we were directed to. There’s 2 Quality Inns in St. Ignace and they don’t show correct pictures when booking. I will NEVER book with you again.

When we checked in i didnt know you couldnt pay with cash and it was cards only. The pool was cloudy and kinda slippery on the bottom. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good to! (Ive never stayed at a hotel with fresh strawberries and blueberries for the waffles. Over all it was very nice stay and i would stay again!

The bathroom needs remodeling. The toilet is EXTREMELY LOW. It was was extremely hard for me to get up from that low toilet. I will ask for a handicap room going forward hoping the toilet is higher.

The staff were incredible. The rooms were small, but comfortable. The only complaint I have was the dining area was incredibly crowded where the food was and difficult to even get to the microwave because a table was in the way. Also the floor in the dining area, where the food was had not been cleaned for a few days. It was very sticky And I noticed it for two days in a row. However, I did tell the staff about it on the second day and they took care of it.

We liked the size of the room and that it was very clean. We love that they allowed dogs. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance which is also great after a long drive. We would stay here again.
