This is absolutely the worst hotel in Jacksonville. None of the pictures match the hotel except maybe the driveway there’s no gym. The pool‘s been empty for years. The towels had holes in them. The small room smelled like cigarette smoke. The bed was disgusting! Breakfast consist of waffles and yogurt. check out day there was roaches all over the floor.

Ich bin in Amerika in etlichen Hotels oder Motels gewesen, Aber sowas habe ich noch nie gesehen. Das Hotel ist sowas von heruntergekommen, unglaublich dreckig auf dem Zimmer, es riecht ja Rauch auf dem Zimmer und es ist einfach nur ekelhaft, selbst 1 Stern ist viel zu viel. Vor den Zimmern sind nachts dubiose Gestalten. Der Pool welcher angeboten wird, ist leer ohne Wasser. Das Frühstück: gibt eine Waffel sonst Kaffee und das war’s, das ganze ebenfalls unglaublich dreckig und unhygienisch. Bitte meidet das Hotel, da werdet ihr keinen Spaß haben.

The sink in the bathroom smells and it drains slowly. I went to get breakfast sometime after 7 I thought maybe breakfast runs out and someone was going to fix more so I asked the guy at the desk what’s going on with the breakfast he told me all they had was waffles.Id never go back to that place neither would I recommend anyone.

Paint peeling from the walls and ceiling, bars of soap and shampoo just open all over inside one of the side tables, a bottle of laundry detergent just left and in the room, tv remote with no battery cover, pool and hot tub looks like it has not been maintain in years, trash all over the place.

The bed linens were dirty and smelly. The towels were surty not sure if the laundry team uses detergent or just uses water because they stink. The bathroom shower curtain also dirty and the manger never had/made time to talk to me and make things better

Poor service

Multiple issues 1 I got to the hotel 1.5 hours early, was told there was a 40 early check in fee. I’ve stayed in many hotels and have never been told this before. 2 When attempting to check in early was told there was no bathroom in a common area. When I checked in there is one right outside the pool area. 3 wasn’t told that rooms weren’t cleaned daily unless requested. When I was informed of that the 2nd day when I asked why my room wasn’t cleaned I requested for it to be cleaned the next day. IT WASNT!

Catfish Photos

The staff was friendly enough. We only stayed one night so we had little interaction. The photos definitely catfish you. The entire hotel footprint looked a little run down and the pool was drained. The AC didn’t seems to be working in the elevator and our room door stuck so bad that you had to yank to get it open and slam it shut. Everything in the room seemed to work but it was evidently dirty upon entry. All metal surfaces were rusty and the floor was so dirty it turned my daughter’s feet black on the bottom after just walking a couple laps around the room. The sheets seemed clean and nothing smelled bad but the comforter was pretty stained. I still wasn’t comfortable moving about in the space and tried to touch as little as possible. Breakfast the next morning was limited to cereal, waffles and yogurt; not bad but not a lot of choices.

La propiedad, parece un lugar tenebroso. Las habitaciones sucias, con con un mal olor terrible, los colchones asquerosos, la televisión rota, la piscina cerrada en reparación y con un agua descompuesta y mal oliente, todo el lugar sucio como si fuera un local deshabitada. En general es un asco, no lo recomiendo, no tiene ni gota d higiene . Muy mala experiencia para mi y mi familia. Deberian serrar y hacerle una reparación capital.

Not so great

We tried to check in but they told us we had to come back because we were too early. When we finally checked in. The pool was not filled and it was filthy. The elevator was a little shady and we were afraid to use it. So with that being said. We used the steps. My daughter fell down the steps because they were slippery. We finally got to the room and the floors were sticky. And the bathtub drain didn't work right. We dealt with it for the night but if we had to stay longer we would not have stayed.
