Very disappointing experience. At the time of check-in, I was informed at the last minute that the property was under renovation — no TV, no Wi-Fi, no breakfast, NO drinking water and unbelievably, not even basic toiletries! There was limited toilet paper, only two lamps were working, and there was a strong foul smell and constant noise outside the room, including dogs barking next door. To make things worse, I even spotted bugs on the bed. Absolutely horrible! My biggest question — why wasn’t I informed about all this earlier? Why wait until check-in to disclose such major issues? It feels like the property only cares about business and not the comfort or experience of its guests.

Will not use that "hotel" again in my life. Only hotel where you get the towells and toilet paper in the lobby when you sign in. Seems like they are remodeling or something like that. One elevator not working and the other about to fall appart. No microwave, no coffee pot. We decided to stay overnite at the airport Not good at all.

Al parecer es una cueva de pandilleros de color, el hotel apesta a marihuana, no tienen toallas, cortinas, jabón, colcha la cama, la alfombra del cuarto llena de esperma, las paredes sucias de excremento, sin cortinas, lámparas rotas, parecen cuartos de prostíbulo. Increíble que esta página pueda promover un alojamiento de ese nivel. Por ningún motivo contraten ese hotel, simplemente por seguridad e higiene. This was the nastiest, most disgusting hotel I've ever seen. After check in I'm informed there's no soap, and no towels. My room had one working lamp and a broken television. Called the office and they offered a second room. My biggest mistake was taking that room. It smelled horrible, the carpet was sticky and squishy, mold on the desk the TV was on. Holes in the wall and the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The hallway was barely any cleaner, and the elevator buttons had a missing missing panel and exposed wiring. Per Expedia they have a shuttle service, they do not. I feel sorry for anyone who stays at this so called hotel.

I checked in a woman in need of shelter to stay here for a week because it was inexpensive The woman has trouble walking due to lymphedema and requested a room bearby on the 1st floor. Theyvsaid none were available on the 1st floor so they put her on the 2nd and one day later, their elevator stopped working. She was forced to use the stairs causing her great pain. The place is filthy, holes in the walls, black mold on the ceilings. The whole place reeked of smoke and another unknown odor, possibly crack or meth. Cigarette butts are extinguished on the hallway floors. They didn't supply toilet paper, soap, shampoo, or towels. I had to go to the store and buy all of those things for the woman. This place should be condemned as it is full of hazardous conditions. They should be ashamed charging less advantaged people $500 a week! That's more than my mortgage!

the poorest condition of any motel I've ever been in, in over a hundred trips. no towels, soap, waste baskets. air conditioner not turned on, when i turned it on it was a tad moldy for a few minutes--then, not. Convenient to airport but I would not recommend to anyone. FRont desk person competent.

This property was absolutely horrible. It made you feel like someone got murdered in your room. Felt like a blessing ever pets are welcome there so it just smells like rotten animal broken everything all light fixtures, towel rack, and no towels for taking a shower. Nothing absolutely 100% the worst hotel ever

It was extremely dirty, smelled like pee and poop everywhere. There were no amentities offered as suggested online, no soap, no shampoo, the fridge did not work the tv did not work was told they didnt offer coffee although there was a coffee machine, no blanket was in the room and when asked for one they stated they only gave them to people who asked, the ice machine was broke. Online it said they offer breakfast, there was not a single thing offered. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, in my entire life.
