The properties pictures and descriptions were not the same once on the property. On line there was reference of breakfast. However, when checking in my wife as the receptionist when is their breakfast and he replied that they uave not served breakfast since COVID. Next, I had to keep adjusting the flushing flapper in order to fill up with water. Also, I had to put one of the toilet seat bolts/nuts back on as it was laying in the cubby above the toilet. There was fecal matter on the wall and door next to the toilet. Also, the washclothes looked soiled like never washed completely after someone wiped their butt on. One of the worst places we have ever stayed and we have traveled through many third world countries.

The toilet was stopped up since day 1, I broke out on my arms so I believe they had bed bugs, we had to constantly plunger the toilet. We had to wait in the lobby forever for someone to come and assist us. Never again will I pay 356$ to this hotel again.

Awful room

The toilet seat was broke and the refrigerator door was crooked and had a hard time closing it. Would have taken a bath in the jacuzzi tub but was afraid that it may not have been that clean since there was water stains on the ceiling and we were on the first floor. Also there was no free breakfast, the lobby was not even open to the public to get a room, they used a night service button twenty four seven. Already left so did not get a chance to take a photo.

BED BUGS!!!!! Woke up in the morning to my son having bites on his face, arms, and stomach. Pulled the covers back to find bed bugs crawling on the sheets. We immediately gathered everything and went to the fron desk. I showed the lady pictures and videos of the bugs, as well as the bite marks on my son. She apologized but when i asked for a refund she refused to provide me with one and stated they do not do refunds!!!!! The rooms are outdated and dingy. Beware of this shady establishment

DO NOT BOOK.

It was terrible. We did not stay. And are just out of $200+ because of it. There were plenty instances of roach poop for one. The outlets did not work excluding one or two. It was filthy. The bed was disgusting the headrest didn’t look like it had been cleaned at all nothing did and it was poorly lit as the outlets did not work. The door had to be body slammed to close the wind kept blowing it open. And as soon as I saw the poop in addition to everything else I asked for a refund. They said they could only give me another room. The next room looked better, but as soon as I went in there was a bug on the bed. They claimed it wasn’t a roach just an outside bug. But I’ve seen roaches before and just came from a room with roach poop everywhere. So we left. And I have not been able to get my money back and I am so upset. People are not supposed to live that way especially when they pay to be there. Yet there was no consolation.

Don’t Stay Here Remove from website

Told we had double bed at check in after showing clerk confirmation of king suite. Upgraded to king standard but were refused booked suite. Called Hotels.com and was told to go claim our booked room after rep talked to front desk. Clerk said she was not called. Next day, wife found spent condom on room floor and spiders in the corner. Upgraded to original booked suite. No one came to vacuum dead spiders as promised. Bed was soft lumpy and uncomfortable in both rooms. Had to call to get room serviced. Breakfast area locked past posted opening time. When open, nook roped off. No coffee ever. Milk spoiled in frig and yogurt outdated. Swimming pool appearance like it was never cleaned. Among the top 2 worst hotels I have experienced in 50 years across North America and overseas. Would not stay again if paid to do so.
