Loved our stay

The room is very small but it was renovated and still very nice. When we arrived, the bed had only one bed sheet and I could not sleep. The next day I asked them for 3 blankets thinking they only had bed sheets, but they actually had real blankets so they gave me 2 and it was amazing. Made my sleep extra comfy and I am so happy they were able to accommodate that since I'm always cold. The continental breakfast was also the best I've seen so far. They had a lot of options and everything was so good. I loved staying there, the room was just so small, there was no place to open our luggage unfortunately.

Foi incrível minha estadia, funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos, o quarto é incrível, cama maravilhosa lençóis maravilhosos, as toalhas eram grandes e macias, e tudo muito limpo. Ar condicionado muito bom, só o café da manhã q não era tão bom assim, esperava mais, o ovo mexido era ovo mexido artificial, não gostei. Mas tirando o café tudo era incrível nesse hotel. E a localização dele tb perfeita, perto de tudo, dava pra fazer quase tudo andando e perto de várias estações de metrô importantes.

3 nights short Trip

We booked a Jr. Suite, both the room and the bathroom were spacious. The seating area was a bit dark at night, needs more lights. Our booking includes breakfast, it was surprisingly good, the breakfast area was cozy. Great location with lots of food choices and shopping. Will stay again.

Hotellet er lite og har en super beliggenhet. Metrostasjonen ligger kun noen minutters gange i avstand. Er kanskje den minste resepsjonen jeg har sjekket inn i, men personalet var hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Frokosten hadde et bra utvalg og smakte godt. Rommet og badet var rent og pent. Selv om Hotellet ligger veldig sentralt, kunne vi ikke høre noe bylarm.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean with ample space. The only issue was that there was not a comforter or blanket - just a flat sheet for a cover…a tad chilly. Breakfast buffet was amazing and they even packed us a breakfast to-go the next morning so we could catch our train. Highly recommend - close to many restaurants and landmarks

Excelente hotel!

Atendimento excepcional, da limpeza a recepção. Todos muito prestativos. Ficamos em um quarto com varanda, o que fez toda diferença. O café da manhã é bem completo e a localização do hotel super estratégica. Voltarei com certeza!

An average stay in a nice part of town

The hotel is well situated but a little dated and the bathroom was very disappointing. There was an issue with the room but the staff were accommodating. Breakfast was average and overall the experience was a little too expensive.

Great for a City Break

Hotel was in a great location in central Madrid. Easy to walk to all the big shops, the famous churro spot and the Palace. Only downside was the view from the window of our room, however for the location, comfort, and how modern the room was was definitely worth the price.

Dissatisfied with stay

A Disappointing Stay: Not What I Expected from a 4-Star Hotel My recent stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. Despite my clear request at check-in to stay in the same room for my entire visit, I was forced to switch rooms late on Monday evening. This was after being assured it wouldn't be an issue, leading to unnecessary hassle and a late-night repacking session. For a 4-star hotel, this lack of flexibility and poor communication, possibly due to a language barrier, is unacceptable. Beyond the room change, the rooms themselves were a letdown. Both were surprisingly small, and street noise was a constant disturbance. Basic bathroom amenities like hair conditioner and body lotion were missing, and contrary to hotel photos, no robes were provided. Most surprisingly, the "Deluxe Double Room" I was moved to lacked a window with natural daylight. As someone who travels to Madrid monthly for work, I was hoping to find a reliable hotel. However, this experience, coupled with the subpar room quality and the complete lack of compensation for the inconvenience, means I won't be returning. My stay was genuinely disappointing.
