The room was ok but I asked for accessible room with a Walk in shower as I'm handicapped and need easier access. I asked for a seat for the shower/tub combo as that was what I got the guy at the desk wasn't very polite and refused to accommodate us told my wife she would have to talk to the owner, also as I was checking in he a little rude when I asked him what he said because I could not understand him . Parking lot not the best condition.

The room was far from clean. We completely understand that rooms will never be perfect, but what appeared to be dried blood on the wall corner, something that was flung on the ceiling, boogers in the shower and on the shower curtain crumbs and soda can rings left on the night stand and tv stand..pretty sure bed sheets were not cleaned. We actually went to walmart to buy cleaning supplies. The pool heater was broke and the pool cleanliness was not the best. Highly upset but could not afford to go somewhere else.

The pool didn’t have hot water but the kids still swam. There was super moldy pizzas and an old milkshake on one of the tables. They had a small game area but the air hockey table barely worked. What hot tub? Our room was clean BUT we found a gun case in the drawer there was no gun in it but there were 2 fully loaded gun clips. My 2 year old niece found it. Online it also stated that they offered roll away beds for free but had none on the property. The staff was super friendly and breakfast was good. All in All it’s nothing like it appears online.

We stayed for one night and the beds were probably the best part of the room. The staff we encountered with were also kind and the check in/out process went smooth. The place is definitely outdated and could use some good remodeling. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows, but everything else was just ok. Definitely saw a cockroach roaming around the bathroom, and the overall smell of the place was just old. If you need a place to sleep, this hotel is great. Other than that, you get what you pay for.
