Nice convenient location just beyond the tourist drag. The wrap around porch was wonderful and a great place to spend some time people and horse watching. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was one of the smaller rooms and pretty tight, the bed bouncy. Fun spot and close to lots of great walks.

Wonderful view of downtown and the water. Easy to get to from the ferry and convenient coffee shop in the lobby. Kid-friendly, breakfast was excellent and the pool/hot tub was a great way to end the day. Would absolutely stay again.

Great location, close to the center of town. Enjoyed the large porch overlooking the street and watching the horse drawn carriages go by. Our room had two queen beds and it took a bit to get comfortable in it. Plenty of hot water for showers in the morning. Breakfast selections were good. Coffee bar adjacent to the front desk. Easy to check bags with porters to bring bags to ferry. Very relaxing stay.

Overall a good experience

Very nice place. The jetted pool in the back is anhidden gem, take advantage of it if you can. The building is nicely maintained, the 2nd level balcony and sitting room and entry level gardens and patio are lovely. The breakfast was just okay wxcept for rhe chocolate croissants. The room was nice but we couldn't control the heat/AC so we had an uncomfortable night. Overall it was a good experience.
