They advertised a bar but it was never open. They allowed us to sit down there and play cards.
They did have breakfast but we didn’t eat there.

Hotel location was great, room was comfortable, check-in area and bar were nice.

Super Hotel, aber kein Parkplatz, obwohl auf der Website Hotel mit freiem Parkplatz steht. Wenn man jetzt weiss, dass St. Louis eine relativ unsicher Stadt ist, hat man kein gutes Gefühl, wenn man die Harley s in ein öffentliches Parkhaus stellt.

Staff lied about readiness of room and me contacting them about it. Stated, “I cussed them out and was rude.” I had them on speaker with my husband present and they hung up on me and asked to speak the their manager. They told my son this as he was trying to check in. No customer service at all.

Arrived at 5:30 pm, rooms were not ready for check. The ceiling in the lobby was leaking while wait to be checked in. Was not given the QR code for parking after I asked twice for hotel parking. I was directed to the wrong parking garage and then only to find out later by security that I should have received a QR so I’m not paying multiple times for a one night stay. The hotel only provided one key card that we had to share with the my family. Terrible experience overall and will not stay again

Kind of a let down
Booked our room same-day on our way home because it was close to the arch. Check in process was easy and informative, but we didn’t like having to park off-site. Walking back to the hotel at 11pm in the dark felt unsafe. The rooms were comfy and aesthetically nice, but you can hear everything outside — even five floors up. Vehicles honking, trucks clanging, homeless people screaming… the works. We were also bummed when we went down to get breakfast to see a sign that said “sorry no breakfast today”. I purposely booked a place that included breakfast so this was sorely disappointing and ended up costing us more money in the long run.

My room was very dirty. You could tell the floor had not been swept or vacuumed. There was multiple toenails I could see on the floor as well as hair. When I turned on the shower the water ran dirty into the drain... never have I seen that happen in a hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful during my stay. However, the overall cleanliness of the property was disappointing.

Parking was very inconvenient. I felt very unsafe at night walking to my car in the parking garage. The beds were fine, room was OK. Some staff were great, others were not helpful at all.

I like the view of the room to see downtown. The hotel was convenient to the Arch and other destinations besides Union Station. The room was clean and I like the painting on the wall. The phone didn’t work, no fridge or microwave. The microwave is small and shared on the 4th floor and the ice machine didn’t work. The roof top bar has been closed about a year we were told by staff. The elevator barely fits 4 people and their luggage it’s so small. And parking is not $25 with in and out privileges. I was told if you pay the hotel directly you can have those privileges. It’s $13-$25 every time you go in AND come out. The parking lot is around the corner from the hotel. I suggest downloading the parking app and pay that way. It’s cheaper. It’s $40 without it. The employees parking in the loading zone made it very difficult to unload our bags because who about to walk a whole block with luggage. Breakfast wasn’t just $10, it was more and I prepaid for mine when I booked and didn’t eat. The staff ware nice and friendly but I felt mislead by the advertising of the hotel. I’ll only book again if it’s the last resort.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Indigo! The room was so clean and the staff were super helpful and kind. I had a great experience and will consider staying at this hotel again. I was super close to the convention center which was a HUGE plus for me. Thank you!
