We had two rooms. Both were filthy. One missing a bedspread and a full body print on the bed. Trash cans were full with old blood and bandaids. The bed linens weren't fresh, there was animal hair throughout the sheets in both rooms. All floors and hallways in the entire building were filthy. The rooms floors were sticky with a film on them. Bathrooms had mold and mildew on the 40 year old tile and grout. Water dispenser in lobby dispensed dirt chunks with the water. A disgusting place to stay. We left to a hotel next door and just forfeited the cost. The front desk attendant was no help, no apologies, playing on his phone the entire time.

The room was awful, space all around the door so it stayed cold in the room, the bed felt like a rock, and I had to clean the entire room including the tub and toilet before I was comfortable enough staying there..The only response I stayed there was because my job already paid for it already paid for it

ITS AWFUL

Staff was rude and awful, room was dirty and bathroom was never cleaned as there was crap in the toilet and stuff on the seat as well as soap rings on the tub that could have been easily cleaned, new paint chipping off everywhere, floors were absolutely nasty and made my socks black! The floor was dirty, there was a plastic grocery bag tied over the smoke alarm, there were wires coming out of the outlets, clogged drain, dirty linens (not stained but actually dirty) and nothing stocked

Unacceptable Service & Unsafe Room Conditions I had a very disappointing experience during my stay on October 3rd. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Despite my confirmed reservation for a Deluxe King Suite, I was told there were no king rooms available and was given a room with two queen beds instead. Only after contacting Hotels.com was my original reservation honored. Unfortunately, the room I was eventually given was in poor condition—dirty and with exposed wires clearly visible. This is not only unacceptable, but also a serious safety hazard. This experience was far below the standards I expect, and I hope management takes immediate action to improve guest service and address safety concerns. I would not recommend this property based on my stay.

Well, first of all front staff was not very friendly. Didn’t explain anything no breakfast. I asked for a quiet room area was told great room got into the room and it had not been cleaned dirty. The only thing good about the stay was Navarre casino combo friendly staff great bartender, overall great atmosphere in there. Hotel is very rundown would not stay there again nor would I recommend it to anybody and not sure if I’m being charged two different prices I prepaid before and then had to agree to a different charge at check-in. No coffee pot in the room no cups no shampoo conditioner one little bar of soap tub was black dirty stained was so horrible that I actually slept with the lights on because I was afraid of little critters.

There were cheezies, French fries, garbage and dirt on the floor and under the bed. There was a big sticky spot on the floor. The coffee and shampoo and conditioner are available at the front desk but we weren’t told that when we checked in. The front desk clerk that checked us in at night was friendly. The morning clerk was not friendly, dismissive and unhelpful. Would not stay here again.
