You get what you pay for during your stay, so you can figure out what kind of service you receive at one of the cheapest hotels in Copenhagen. Unfriendly staff, and what you get in your room is what you get, you may not ask for anything extra (even a paper cup). The location is not ideal but is is clean enough for a single night stay in a very expensive city.

Captains room very big, the size of the pillows are cushions, and don't expect to get another we was declined. Breakfast expensive for what was on offer, not worth 125DK per person. Location was very close to the centre, Me personally wouldn't book her again.

No early check-in. Check-in a farce. Crowds of people and only 2 people at the desk… self-check in option doesn’t suit everyone. You have to pay a lot to rent a locker to store luggage. Standard room a dorm room experience and tight for 2 adults. A decidedly average experience for a not particularly budget price tag.

Check-in a bit chaotic as the automated machines only allow check-in from 3 p.m. exactly, so the lobby was chaos for about an hour whilst everybody tried to use the machines. I think some flexibility could be added so that people could at least try to check-in before 3 p.m. if their room was available, then the process would be a bit more staggered rather than every single guest trying to use 5 or 6 machines at exactly the same time. Lobby area was nice, room was fine, beds comfy - a bit cramped in the room, but unless you are staying there for a longer period, it's not an issue. Bring your own bodywash/shampoo - the complimentary sachet is similar in size to a McDonald's salt sachet. Would stay here again.
