Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel in Rome was disappointing overall. While the location is convenient—just a short walk from Termini Station—there were several issues that made the experience uncomfortable.
• Wi-Fi was unreliable and inconsistent. It would work intermittently, and often not at all during certain times of the day.
• The room was extremely small, with barely enough space to move around.
• On our third night, there was no hot water. When we contacted reception, they said they had reset the system and it would take two hours to restore, but the issue remained unresolved for us.
• While the linens and towels were mostly clean, some of the pillowcases had visible stains, which was off-putting.
• The TV was very small and took up most of the counter space, leaving little room for personal items.
• The shower was uncomfortably tiny, making it difficult to wash properly.
• The room felt very outdated, and the entire hotel could really use a renovation.
• Beds were extremely firm, with hard mattresses and pillows that made it difficult to sleep comfortably.
• Walls were paper thin. We could hear everything from the rooms next door, which made for a very noisy and frustrating stay.
• There was complimentary water available in the lobby, but it was rarely refilled and often unavailable.
We did raise our concerns with the front desk. The staff was apologetic and kindly covered the cost of our return transport to the airport, which we appreciated.
