The woman who was checking me in tried to over charge me as she didn't understand the system. Her communication was very poor as when I went to pay the security deposit, she assumed I would jusy know not to use the pin on my debit card then just assumed I only needed one key even though the room was for 2 people. Simply put, this individual employee needed more training and much better communication. The person who stepped in to resolve the situation knew what he was doing
