This Quality Inn had no Quality

My room was terrible! The laminate floor had broken right in the center of the room. They "fixed " it by duct taping around the break, and it would cause me to trip constantly! The duvet cover had a blood stain on it; there was a large roach under the sink, alive. When the rainstorm hit, my room had water all along the wall that was shared with the vending room next door. The vending room door was left open 24 hrs a day so the storm just flooded into the area and thru the wall.

This is a good place to stay if ur just looking for a place to lay ur head. The beds were super comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are tiny, and our faucet, the handle was broken off. It still kind of worked but was difficult to maneuver. There was a funky oder when we got in the room but after opening the window and cranking the AC for it bit the smell went away. Also there is no fan in the bathroom which we thought was odd. The pool and hot tub were clean and pleasant with the exception of the jets in the hot tub didnt work. We were only there for a weekend to visit our college student so we didn't need much. The location was perfect, the price was affordable, and the accommodations were acceptable.

Never Again

I wanted a hotel, not a motel. Old; toilet top broken, bedspread had dirty spots. Dining area gross; vending machine empty. I paid $70 less at a Hampton Inn the night before and it was clean and a luxury compared to this place. I would never recommend someone staying here.

Dirty

The bathroom shower head squirt everywhere the tub looked super dirty. The mini fridge freezer had freezer burn to the point that you couldn’t even put anything in it the towels had brown stains on them I rented two rooms my sons room smelt of urine and had dirty towels and a dirty bathroom

Awful place.

It’s a very old place and it needs to be torn down. The bathroom door install is as upside down. Holes around the shower head. The furniture was so old it was lumpy. The door front door did not lock properly and it’s was noisy all night long.

Arrived at 11:30 at night to no one there to check us in. Called and texted but no answer. Front attendant finally showed up 15+ min later. Super sweet guy but we were so tired and wanted to get checked in. Got us checked in and when we got to our room, there was bags of garbages and towels in the middle of the room, lights were on, bed had dirty sheets and wasn’t made. We went back to the front desk and the guy was gone again. Finally got settled into a clean room around 12:30am.

Shockingly Bad

At check-in, nobody was at the front desk for over 10 minutes. The location / room was extremely dirty. There were crumbs and hair in the sheets, and our socks were completely black from the floor within minutes of arriving. The pool door malfunctioned and my kids were locked inside. When I went to the front desk to alert staff, again, no one was there. My kids had to be helped out of the pool area through a window. This could’ve been much worse if they were younger children.
