Save your money

This hotel should be named Sparse. It is bare bones and a complete waste of money. The hallways were freezing and not one picture on the wall. The elevator was very dated and dingy. The room had no drawers. The night stand was basically two vertical boards w a horizontal board on top. The TV stand reminded me of a show cubby in a preschool. The bathroom had hair in it from someone else along w trash on the floor. The bathroom linen had a mouthwash stain from someone else. Housekeeping skipped us two out of three days there. Our fourth floor window was open and filthy...God forbid we had a child with us. Breakfast was a carb fest....no healthy options other than instant oatmeal. The only protein options was cold yogurt from a dispenser. We only stayed because everywhere else was booked or over $109/night

Front desk woke up my kids at night

I paid nearly $300 last minute so that my kids could get a good night's sleep here on our road trip. At 10pm I got two calls in a row to our room phone where the caller hung up after I picked up the phone. Then a few minutes later someone from the front desk pounded on the door saying we were booked into the wrong room (it was a standard double queen, I have no idea why they cared about this, it was never adequately explained, they just said "we need your name to fix the system"). It is insane for a company to wake up someone's kids at 10pm because the company made a mistake at check-in, I definitely expected more from Hilton.

Not our kind of Hilton stay

The food was unsatisfactory, and the milk was spoiled. We stayed for two days and, on the second day, went out for breakfast. The rooms were small, and the hallway was unclean. The hotel was outdated, and the pool was cold and murky. These were not the amenities we had anticipated. We will not be staying here again.

Clean and decent for an overnight stop

The hotel room was clean and very nice, the bed very comfy. Didn’t eat it, but the complementary breakfast looked decent. Wish there had been coffee pots in the room. They did have 24 hour coffee dispensers in the lobby, but when we went to get some they were empty and we had to wait for them to be refilled. We had a neighbor who watched TV very late into the wee hours at a very loud volume which was kind of annoying but not the hotel’s fault.
