Clean, Quiet, Convenient

We need somewhere to have a good sleep after a late arrival. It was really easy to check in. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Quiet enough area. Airport transfers were easy and convenient. Staff and service were great. Would stay again.

Went downhill from morning

My check in was great, exactly what you want when arriving at midnight. Slept well but unfortunately woke up to bites, brown tap and shower water (hot tap only) and a cockroach on the wall. Rooms really need better cleaning.

Great value for price. Had to book in at hotel next door....this was a bit confusing but no biggie. The room was very spacious very comfortable. Minimal noise was realy pleased about that. No cutlery but got some from the hotel next door. Toilet great. Shower terrrrrrrible !!!!!! Very dated and min flow. They did change shower head next day was a bit better. Will stay again as location good.

Couple of complaints this time, there was a hole in the hall way and I found it every time, someone could seriously injure themselves, my room was freezing, no heaters no air conditioning, no extra blankets, it was a cold night. Went to have a shower wash my hair and the shampoo bottle was empty. Would I go back probably it is super convenient hotel, location and price is reasonable

No one to welcome us, damage to roof as we walked in had to dodge leak, carpet mat soaking due to the leak. Restaurant meal was horrible, microwaved and nothing was warm, everything piled on top of each other disgusting.

Room door frame was split appeared to have been kicked in at some stage and not repaired. Hand basin was cracked. Towel rack had been pushed through the wall and not repaired. Door handle was difficult to lock. A cup with bloody tissue was left on a coffee table in the public reception for 7 to 8 hours without being removed. Would absolutely never stay in this accommodation again do not recommend it
