Everything about this hotel was absolutely perfect. Breakfast each morning was a highlight - Annastasis was the perfect waiter who knew my husband's coffee order by the second day. The rooms, hot tubs, pool were impeccable. The service was outstanding. Highly recommend and thank you for a magical stay!

Amazing stay Katikies Garden Santorini. Our suites were spacious with very comfortable beds, a rain shower system and all the amenities. The staff and service is top notch. The daily breakfast included was incredible. The spa service was great. Location is central and easy walking distance to everything. It’s very quiet and serene. The infinity pool is extremely relaxing. The only negative was the drinks by the pool were a little pricey. Overall, one of our best stays.

Very good hotel. My only feedback is regarding the pool opening hours. It closes too early, and right when we are coming back from the activity in the island, and would like to lay down and rest before getting ready for dinner.

This hotel was beautiful and located very conveniently in Fira. Location was easy to walk to the main area of Fira for shopping and dining. The staff was so nice and welcoming, and they even gave us a complimentary room upgrade. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was amazing and the rooms were very clean. The pool was relaxing and had incredible views. My husband and I were sad to only stay here one night. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall service is very good, but is not running as efficiently as we would like. We put “do not disturb” sign, but cleaning staff still came to our room and threw our own belongings. They speak very limited English.

This property has stairs everywhere, many uneven and without handrails. We recognize this is because it is a very old building but handrails would help. Also, getting into the tub to shower in our room required climbing over a 12-14” tub height wall. Guests we met didn’t want to risk their safety and chose not to shower during their stay. Breakfast was wonderful. Dinners were quite pricey and we didn’t opt to try those. Hotel booked us on a catamaran dinner cruise that was mediocre and bus driver forgot to drop us off at our hotel so he made us walk 15 minute walk back. TV had trouble for three out of four nights. We couldn’t watch anything. Staff was very friendly.

Although only for a one night stay before our flight, this hotel was like a mini break in itself. Beautiful grounds, the pool is stunning and there was enough space (although it was low season). Breakfast is an experience in itself and absolutely delicious. It’s a la carte but included, which feels really special. The only one thing that surprised me, was that we didn’t get a turn down service - this is always a really nice touch for a luxury hotel/residence that we had from other hotels during our stay in Santorini. It’s a bit 1st world problems… but it does make a 5 star feel 5 star. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk into town via the one path (which is super busy), but make sure to get there for sunset as that really is breathtaking. Thira itself for food is ok. Make sure to have a glass of Blanc de Blancs in the wine bar before heading out, seems to be the only place on the island that serves decent wine by the glass haha.
