Hotel is in a poor state. Upper floors are in poor condition and creek underfoot. Keeps you awake at night. Room only had blinds no curtains.TV remote didn't work.room smelt musty. No entertainment. Breakfast was ok. The most positive thing was the staff can't do a noth for you and worked very hard. For me I wouldn't stay again.

Shabby room, no wardrobe or any hanging options. Room cold no way to turn up single radiator, no beside table Bathroom very dated, bath stained around tap area, dirty window ledge. Room 301 Staff not very friendly, took key back on departure did not ask about stay. Did not bother bringing up my thoughts but would not stay again

The stay left so much to be desired upon arrival to our room the carpet was dirty and a sock from previous guest left on floor. Bin in bathroom full with rotten tissue and rubbish. Went to use the kettle and it had what looked like either food or vomit dried on the inside of it. Went for evening meal on the first night seated promptly and given started then sat and watched the rest of the guests have there starter plates cleared and served there mains upon asking one member of staff where our mains were we were told she was going to find out to then come back and say the chef is trying to get them done, strange that other guests who arrived later were served there mains same choice as us but got there’s straight away we waited a further 10 minutes watching others been served to ask another member of staff where our mains were she went and came back and said she doesn’t know when we will get our food as it’s busy, whether this was personal preference to other guests or because we were seated at the back it was not on as we had a child who had not been fed whilst everyone else had been served. We ended up leaving as the service was shocking

Booked last minute, Called up to check all was ok with the pool as stayed at other places and pool was closed so had a very disapointed little girl. Arrived and found out pool was closed. Only reason we booked this hotel. Also neber stayed at the hotel before so though we woudl be told where everything was and was literally given the key and told the room was just up the stairs. Went to the toilet in the missle of the night and toilet paper ran out luckily had my own but very inconvenient.

Lovely little hotel.

Lovely little hotel very pleasantly surprised for the price we paid. Buffet breakfast plenty of everything you would want. Even a pool extra charge but well worth it. Very enjoyable stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE ITS A SCAM

I booked and paid on hotels.com. I arrived and the guy said i had to pay again. It was late and he was on his own and said he was new and the system said i still had to pay despite me already paying. As it was nearly 12 at night i didn’t know what to do. He said if i just pay now and bring it up with them tomorrow i’d be able to get a refund. When i explained it to them the next day the manager wasnt there and theysaid he would call me. He called me later that day saying he was going to issue me a refund that could take up to 5 days. On the 25th i checked (15 days after my stay) no refund had appeared. I called up and explained. I got put on hold for over an hour and i had stuff to do so i had to call back at a later time. I called back over 10 times, no answer, i called back the next day over 10 times at different times no answer and the same thing the next day. As i have no refund receipt i cannot get the bank to do anything. They are ignoring multiple calls and emails. Its a scam, even the photos apart from the outside look nothing like the room. They are dirty and dated.

Firstly i have mobility issues and we were put on 3rd floor ( the lady swaped us to 1st floor) the room was run down and dirty, no curtains and blinds missing bits so not dark all night then to top it off electricity went off at 4pm.....so we had no electricity at all even when we checked out (it got to 9pm and the staff still hadnt informed us when it would be back on until my mother in law asked! Which is very poor To top it off went for breakfast (morning of check out) and sat at table started to eat and everything was freezing cold.....its totally put me off. And wifi was terrible had no access to bank or anything as there was no signal

Room is dated whole place needs revamp. Attention to detail would in improve this hotel .Blinds in our room (107) Was different sizes and colours. Toilet seat loose no cold water in the toilet. Dressing table worn and jaded .

we stayed for two nights our room was a perfect size for 3. the room was fresh and tidy could do with another side cabinet or shelves over-all good. bathroom wasn't the best but it didnt spoil our stay. its not mention before booking but there is a small charge to use the pool. honestly tho if its not busy use it.. the pool water was clean clear and to my surprise it was warm. staff are helpful and friendly. wifi was ok not the best we didnt eat but breakfast smelt good. its walking distance to the tower also outside the hotel is a tram and bus stop both are regular.

I liked how spacious the room (suite) was, the room was clean, the beds were clean and fresh. I especially liked the bathroom, so modern and stylish. There were one or two minor things that needed attention, they were very quickly dealt with by maintenance. I had my phone charger plugged in next to the bed and left without it. My partner has sent an email but hasn't had a reply as yet, I rang the hotel. There was an answer, then a ringing tone and finally an answer machine. I left my details and am waiting for a reply ( I need to ask about something else I may have left there.) Overall a good hotel that could be great with a bit of TLC

The only downfall was there was absolutely nowhere in the room to put clothes, there were drawers but they were glued shut, no hooks or hangers, and there was no hairdryer when we were told there should be. But great hotel, great location and great staff. My friend is coming back next week!
