Great weekend stay

In general my stay was very enjoyable. The hotel, staff and casino were good. However, an emergency water shut off occurred leaving me in the middle of a shower with a hair full of shampoo. Staff was responsive and told me to use room waters at no charge. Tgey also privided Spa passes to finish off showering. I'll wait to see if charges drop off...

All Was Well

Not so good: construction noise and housekeeping interruptions starting at 9 am on our last day. Really needed good sleep to prepare for the drive. Otherwise, everything else was great; loved the $100 for dinning. The restaurant was everything. Newly remodeled super nice. Great way to celebrate my retirement.

Cold room

Our room had a broken thermostat so it was 54 DEGREES for a while but we kept calling the front desk and after a few hours it was fixed sort of… you had to shut it off because it wouldn’t stop at the correct temp! They did comp us a bit but it never worked for the rest of the stay!

Construction overload

The room was ok, however there is apparently construction on our floor in multiple Rooms. The noise was very inconsiderate!

Would have been great but…

Some of the rooms were being renovated. We were told our room had just been redone and it showed, super clean and beautiful. However, the construction noise was super irritating. They started annoyingly early in the morning. The hotel provided earplugs but overall it just killed the experience.

Table limits are out of control...Why not even have a $10-15 table. I had to go to another casino to gamble. What a waste

Wrong hotel

When we arrived at the room, there were empty cans, possibly from other guests, and the rooms are very far from the elevators, but it wasn't bad. I just expected a little more. I wouldn't return to that hotel in the future.

Room bathroom dosent come with bath tub and rooms doesn’t have coffee maker and microwave anything. When u request room service you have to wait for like more than two hours. They will charge you late check out saying it’s 3pm $50 and they will call and say we have to leave at 1pm otherwise you will charge full night. We stayed 3 nights my first time such disappointment choosing a hotel like this. Families just skip this they have a nice pool rather than that nothing is impressive here.
