Didnt even drive into the parking lot for fear of being robbed by any one of the 20 individuals that were roaming the parking lot. It looked more like the projects. I went down the road to another hotel. I really should get my money back.

What a nightmare, from bed bugs, cockroaches, and drug addicted guests beating on your door at 4:30 in the morning. I was fearful, locked myself in the room. Lobby is closed to guests, pool inaccessible. Staff extremely rude. I would have felt safer sleeping on the street. Overall a complete horrible experience

A little more attention please

It was disgusting, large dead cockroach right by the bed, ac wouldn't work, there was no TV not even basic TV was so old I couldn't even hook up my phone, tub had a dirt ring towels smelt terrible I'm currently disputing my charge very very disappointed ☹️

Beat up. Pool closed. Not great service, but cheap

I saw two cockroaches while there. The pool was closed even though it was advertised. Front desk was only available through a tiny window. The maid started cleaning my room before I had to check out. Granted I had taken most things out of it. But she was not happy to see me reenter. I asked for a receipt and he refused and said hotels.com would email it. The TV had direct TV which was slow to change channels. No movie channels or streaming options. The switch to the light was missing. The desk chair fabric was torn up revealing foam. Overall, cheap but bottom of the barrel. I guess you get what you pay for.

Upon checking in a torrential rainstorm hit. The lobby is locked to customers so one has to use a small outside window to check in. Once that was done, the hotels landscapers has just cut the grass in front of the rooms prior to the storm so all the grass cutting in front of the rooms were present with the rain causing one to track in grass cutting into the room. Other than that very happy with the bed and price

Worst place I've ever seen or stayed

Roaches everywhere, drug paraphernalia left in room from previous guests. Police banging on door at 2am looking for random person and there arresting people every day. Multiple people doing drinking and doing drugs in plain sight passing out on sidewalks. Nastyroos and on top of everything the employees are rude don't care about what goes on and if you say anything to them about it they call police on you and file criminal trespassing so you can't bring anything up again.
