After bringing all our belongings to our designated room, the key didn’t work. Then they switched our room all the way on the opposite side of where we brought all of our belongings to an ok room. We didn’t feel Comfortable showering without slippers because the condition if the tub. Then we had to leave to purchase breakfast because it was falsely advertised that free breakfast would be served. The pool was great for the kids but the chairs were dirty. This hotel Is outdated and can use a few upgrades. The best part was the kids enjoying the pool.

Spend a little more, your comfort is worth it

Needs a lot of remodeling and updating and security. What seemed like random people roaming the property late night yelling and calling out to others using profanity as if they were looking for someon. Walls and doors were patchy and could use replacing. Many of the metal elements such as faucets, vent covers were rusty. The shower curtain liner was mildewed and had mild spots along the bottom. Had to suck it up as I needed a late check in due to travel so I didn’t arrive until 11pm and didn’t want to risk not being able to find somewhere to sleep, I also just didn’t have the energy. But I would not stay here again

Very dirty place. Bedsheets and blankets are torn and stained. Presence of cockroaches. The dustbin are full and overloaded. It’s the very last time I ever go there. They have an exercise room for fitness with no light , no clime , and old machine. Buying water to drink it’s so expensive in their machines. The worst experience ever. There was a jar filled with infused lemon , and orange. I tasted it. Pouah! It was gross and. That’s revolting how they can serve expired herbal tea.

Old, but Price was right & pool well maintained

No breakfast included, more like a motel with rooms facing courtyard pool. I like my room being closest to the parking lot for easy in and out. Gym is an old room with a couple machines in it. Pool was very pretty and well maintained with a patio reserved for smokers. I enjoyed dinner on the patio until someone came over to smoke. Wendy's is right down the street. The rooms need some updating. Curtains are old and falling off, furniture out dated and office chair was peeling apart. Lamp lightbulb was out, was told someone would come to change it, but no one ever came Bathroom basic, but functional with shampoos, soaps and lotions on the wall. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. Would have been better if they had a continental breakfast as the lobby is set up for it, but the price was right

Avoid it if you have respect for yourself

This was the worst hotel experience I ever had. These people should not be in the hospitality business. We got there very late at night and we were tired after a long trip. The room was already in a terrible shape, seemed like never cleaned. We decided to leave in the morning and I reached out to Hotels.com for help. I was told that they would give it a good clean. I talked to the lady at the front desk. She came with me to the room and I showed her exactly what needed to be cleaned. We left for the day and returned around 7 pm. Absolutely nothing was done. There was another lady at the front desk. She called the lady from the morning and we were told the maintenance forgot to do it. They said we had no choice and there was nobody there to clean. I asked for the manager. The manager came to the room with me and I showed him the entire situation. He offered to replace the towels and bed sheets which I agreed on. He took the towels and came back telling us they in fact organized the room and we made it look that way, accusing us of lying and then he left. That is when we decided to leave. These are horrible people with no professionalism at all. Please read other reviews as well. I ask hotels.com to remove this hotel completely.
