Staff was largely absent from the front desk. Distinct smell of marijuana in lobby on check in and throughout stay in the hotel.

If I had people coming into the area and they were looking for a cheap hotel I'd suggest they go elsewhere. The front desk day staff are never at the front desk. The ceiling was literally falling apart in the bathroom. I had ants. The hotel restaurant is not open the hours it says it is (they're not open for breakfast or lunch despite saying they are). The guest laundry is broken. Locks on doors leading outside are broken. Pretty sure the first floor is mega haunted. I stayed here for almost a month because I had to and would suggest that the hotel close down, fix its problems, and reopen rebranded and new.

It was very clean the only thing is my finances phone came up missing there and now he has to get a whole new one so maybe check security cameras a bit more it would’ve been very helpful on our end

Facilities need serious upgrades. Carpet needs either deep cleaning or replacement. Housekeeping did not clean the room properly. When we check in, used soap bar left in the bathtub. Furniture are worn out. But staffers are very helpful. But rooms are quiet.

did not visit the bar. Breakfast Sunday morning, no go. Staff to cook late arrival. No change of towels and such. Carpet need of shampooing. Ice machine downstair out of order. Mold in shower tub area. Needs some better cleanliness

The room was fine. The refrigerator didn't work. No one was ever at the desk. I had to wait 10 minutes to check in. Could only leave my keys to for check out. There was no one to report the fridge to. Room 148.

It’s all about expectations
This hotel was the closest to a 4 day event I was attending. So I booked it without much hesitation. Later on I went back on the booking platform to peruse reviews and was alarmed to read about bedbugs, poor upkeep, towels problems and such.
I’m please to say my room didn’t have bedbugs. But it also didn’t have bath towels and it took a good couple of days to get them despite bringing it up.Housekeeping only came once in 4 days but that frankly didn’t bother me. The keycard worked every day except for the last night. I brought lots of snacks to avoid using their restaurant for breakfast but it looks like at least one morning it was closed due to lack of staff.
Bring an eye mask. The curtains are purely decorative and cannot be closed. There are no window shades so unless you’re an early morning person you really need the eye mask.
The AC works well although it’s rather loud. Between that and the fridge, you’re better off using earplugs.
All in all- if it’s a good deal or really close to where you need to be, it’s a solid option.

Checked in?
The staff had trouble checking me in and then when i wanted to check out a day earlier than expected they said i was listed as a no show. Blamed it on their system and not check me out or give me a bill. I have tried calling them to make sure i have the correct billing for 2 nights and not three. No one ever returns my calls and it is extremely frustrating. I don't want to pay for 3 days. Please help.

The property was quiet. The staff is nice but the hotel's carpet was dirty. No housekeeping the following day. No towels for shower the first day; and no tissue paper. and also no breakfast on Sunday.
