Honestly, the service was mediocre at best with an exception of the pool staff, which was amazing. The concierge confirmed bookings that ultimately were not accurate, repeatedly didn’t do things that he said he would do, send a screenshot of a booking that was not what was confirmed.. we were able to send a screenshot back of exactly what he confirmed zero apology zero consideration, rude across the board. The suites that I had were not the ones we should’ve had. They were not able to give us the correct one, no contact from Manager, the restaurant and bars frankly we’re not busy at all yet difficult to get reservations, they basically gave everyone spa service at the resort so there were no bookings available. The whole thing was ridiculous. Our door on the patio didn’t lock. It took him an hour at 10:00 PM to come fix it. The only thing redeeming about the entire stay, accommodation, restaurants, was the pool staff. I’ve stayed at other Nobu hotels and was always impressed. This one needs a new manager.
