Was told I couldn’t check into the room I had already paid for at 1 am with my very visibly, tired, pregnant friend. Was never told I had to be 21+ to book said room but employee ignored me and loudly stated to another coworker that I was under 18 after we had already established I was 18. There were no downstairs rooms, which was a disappointment. They had a lot of construction going on but it did not bother us. They did have an elevator. I wasn’t impressed where we had to park either. There was no way to keep an eye on your vehicle. The room was nice but there was no microwave. I was okay with the stay because I got a pretty decent rate through Expedia.

Please do yourself a favor and save the trouble and money . This place needs serious renovations. Carpets in the room are sticky. The place is super dirty . Smelly rooms. Coffee maker is in bathroom near toilet seat. Stained towels. They are rude and could not give us an extra hour as a late checkout. They just walk in at 9 am without knocking. No do not disturb signs for doors. Horrible experience.
