Great central location for walking and subway. Check in and check out were easy. It has a small market inside for your basic needs for lunch and breakfast. Clean very well decorated. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. My only complaint was the bathroom was a very small and the toilet paper is cheap. Bed was very comfortable all your basic needs in the room. I would definitely stay here again.

Super comfortable and well-located. The room is perfect. The only con was the way some a staff member treated tourists who are not super fluent in English, which is ridiculous for a hotel business that depends on tourists to make money. There was a clerk who was super aggressive towards a little foreigner boy was trying to say something in English, I had to unfortunately witness that. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. We liked staying here whenever we visit NYC as the location is great especiallyif using tge subway, but as soon as you step out to 42nd Street there homeless sleeping and feces on the sidewalk now.
