We recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. What truly made our stay stand out was how the hotel handled the few challenges we encountered along the way. When we arrived, three hours after the official check-in time, our room was unfortunately not ready. However, the staff was very quick to find a solution. We were initially moved to another room, but we found that the cleaning wasn't quite up to standard. Again, the hotel staff acted immediately, moved us to a new room, and offered us compensation for the inconvenience, which we greatly appreciated. The following day, we had a critical request regarding our room, and once again, it was handled and solved instantly. The hotel itself is lovely, featuring modern and comfortable rooms. We also really enjoyed the breakfast and the quality of the restaurants on-site. A special thanks to Jenny for her incredible help. She was instrumental in finding quick solutions and ensured that any challenges we had were handled with great care and professionalism. We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and beautiful facilities.
