It was a college football weekend, and they only had one person working the front desk. I was really excited to stay at a historic Pittsburgh hotel, but found the service lacking and not particularly hospitable and wouldn’t recommend. Fine if you need a place to stay, but I’m sure Pittsburgh has better.
