Don’t stay here if you’re planing to do work via internet during your vacation. Did not have WiFi access the whole duration of our stay and was in fact was on phone calls and texting for help from 11pm the night before and then again the next morning from 10am to 3pm ish trying to get it to work. It was a lot of wasted time!!! We also did not have hot water upon arrival until my husband(who was an engineer) decided to snoop around and managed to fix the problem ourselves. The coffee table was also very wobbly, no suitable for kids to be using it. The amenities were available but not complete, meaning it was nice to have a washer dryer and dishwasher BUT no detergent was provided or mentioned at time of booking. The door staff was wonderful and they did try to send a live person to fix our issues but they just couldn’t do anything to resolve the problems. The location was very quiet and safe. Having a bigger space with the full kitchen was why we chose this spot for our family w a toddler.

When we first arrived, the room we booked had not been cleaned (used towels on the tub, bed not made, trash not taken out). When we called customer service, they were quick to respond by giving us another suite but it wasn’t as nice as the one we had originally booked. I am somewhat disappointed in the fact we didn’t get to stay in our chosen room. However, overall, the room we were in was nice, comfortable, and clean.

We heard that the hotel is a former bank, and the architecture seems to support this. It has concrete floors throughout, and seems well fortified. There are no keys at all; entry to the building and to the guest rooms is by punching in a six-digit code, which one receives by email before check-in. The main entrance to the hotel is on the second floor, as it is on a hill. However, the elevator has a star next to the first-floor button, suggesting that one exits from that floor. The only exit on the first floor leads to the parking lot. It's not possible to walk out from the parking lot, since a heavy, tall metal gate blocks egress. The first time I left the hotel, I used the parking-lot exit by mistake, and was unable to get back in with the code. Only by calling the hotel (and being routed to a call center) did I figure out how to re-enter. I was confusing my reservation code (also a number, but only 4 digits) with my entry code. To avoid this confusion, I would recommend that the hotel switch to alphabetic codes for reservations; then it would be clear that one should not try to use that code at the keypad. The rooms (apartments, actually) are quite large, with full refrigerators and stoves, and separate bedrooms. They were very clean. We found that the wifi was badly overloaded in the evening. It was difficult to get on, and we frequently got knocked off. The corners on the bed were sharp; it would've been easy to run into them and bruise your shin. I pulled

I usually look for three basic things when booking a hotel: cleanliness, a comfortable bed, and a hot shower with decent water pressure. Unfortunately, this property missed the mark on all three. The floors were sticky, the mattress felt cheap and uncomfortable, and we woke up each morning with back and neck pain. The shower required a high, awkward step to get into, the water never got hot, and the pressure was barely a trickle. The couch in the living area offered little to no back support. The positives were the location and price, it’s within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do, so we stuck it out. But I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to others unless some serious updates are made.

Needed a better communication system !

We arrived a couple hours early , and it took many phone calls to try to connect With someone to leave our luggage. I was not looking for an early check in …just so we could go to Broadway until our 3pm check in time ! Waited a couple hours at least .

Spacious apartment in downtown

The apartment was spotless and spacious. It was very quiet and comfortable. The bathroom looked brand new and was well-maintained. It had everything I needed for my stay and was walking distance to all of the downtown attractions. Would definitely stay there again.

Liked the room itself very much-very spacious and adequately stocked. Location is not ideal if you’re wanting to spend time on Broadway, but it did help us get our steps in! I thought $40/night parking was a bit high but very convenient. Had an issue with internet on their wi-fi but not sure why. Quiet area near the Capitol-never felt unsafe.

Excellent location. I stayed at this rental for four nights. It was a large apartment with a full kitchen. Concrete floors with two area rugs. Excellent friendly staff. The ice maker in the freezer did not work and I submitted a repair request, however, it was not fixed while I was there. Within walking distance of the arena and the bars area. Parking is $40 per night, which is competitive with other parking fees in the area. The check-in process was difficult, but an employee helped me since I did not receive check in information before I arrived.
