Disappointment

We spent one night here, think there were literally 3 people working the entire place. No one at the front desk for check in. A phone there with a number to call for assistance but no one answers. Part of the reason for staying here was the bar and restaurant on site- both were closed. Room was very clean when we did get checked in. Bath towels were very thin, several light bulbs burned out, sink drain was plugged. No coffee pots in the room. Thin blankets on the bed. Definitely not worth the price. This place was probably awesome in its prime but that isn't the case anymore.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

No AC it was 90 degrees upon check in! And we just had to sweat while carrying all our luggage as well as all our elderly parents luggage etc up the stairs to the second floor because there is no elevator and we asked for a bottom floor room because 3 of 4 are seniors citizens with disabilities but they claimed nothing was vacant on bottom floor although we saw no one else on the premises or parking lot. no microwave, no coffee maker, sheets were not washed! UNACCEPTABLE!

The property is dated and whilst it has a restaurant and bar on site they both close at 7pm. There is no coffee maker in the room but there was a communal coffee machine in the lobby - however, they were out of coffee both days we were there and only had decaf. If this place wasn’t so close to Yellowstone I don’t think they’d be able to charge as much as they did.

We left an hour after checking in. The WiFi would not connect and that was the only way to have phone service. The room was in need of repairs. The bathtub had a crack and leaked. The sink wasn’t secure to the wall, no A/C, tiny tv that had to be fixed.

The restaurant closed right after we checked in at 6:00, and the hours posted wrre until 7:00. We were in room for about 10 minutes . I think we were the only guest there. You think the manager should have said something before we went to our room considering this place is very isolated in "off" season in. May. The manager was so kind to recommend gas station premade sandwiches. Yummy.

Terrible customer service

When we arrived no one was at desk then when someone did show up we weren't greeted or even hello just i need id no plese or thank you. Went to our room tv remote wouldn't work called down to front desk if you can even call it a front desk and was told to hold remote on top of tv to change the channel. The next morning we went down to have coffee and there was no cups and no creamer and i went to use the phone to get help and it just rang and rang.i had been at this place before and the service was really good as was the food . The place needs a good cleaning way better customer service and updated.
