Our family of seven stayed here for two nights, two adjacent rooms. We had a wonderful stay. Owner was very helpful and friendly. They have a nice free breakfast with coffee, tea, pastries, fruit, yogurt. Spacious area to eat together, hang out and play games. The rooms were very comfortable. Cute town with restaurant options.

An absolute gem of a guesthouse!

Apotek Guesthouse is the place you must stay in Hofn! We absolutely loved our two nights there and would go back in a heartbeat. Pristine in all areas, great wifi, plenty of hot water, lovely kitchen area which guests are welcome to use, dining area, lovely coffee and hot chocolate machine, cereal and cake free breakfast - beds are sooo comfie, honestly a 10/10 stay. Across the road a lovely swimming pool with hot tubs - a great restaurant not too pricey and a lemon garage a few more steps up the road. Also a Netto 1 min walk. We had some lovely walks nearby also. Well done to the owners who made our stay a fabulous one ❤️

The location was great for getting out to restaurants and a nice walk along the waterfront. One night there was no hot water but it cam back the next morning
