The room was dirty and still had previous tenants razor on the bathroom shelf, yuk. The shower had something on the floor, unknown, so I used the bath mat to stand on. There was no tv remote so I had to call reception. Light didn’t work and the fitting was broken. There was a male outside the bathroom window talking on his mobile and I didn’t want to shower while he was there. I didn’t feel safe there.

We stayed here, over the Christmas Period, trusting Wotif's reviews. Biggest mistake I have ever made. I wouldn't allow my dog to live in this filth There is no daily service, despite being in over a week No Fire Alarms Bathroom, I've used cleaner public bathrooms kids bikes and rubbish piled up outside of rooms, generally looked worse then the neighbours properties Found stuff in the bed on arrival Gunky in the Kitchen Sink Weird brown Staining throughout Ceiling Fans covered in so much filth, held together with tape One Air Conditioner not working in the family room Nobs for the fans removed Have seen prisons with more pictures on the wall. One Dining Seat not fit for sitting on due to weird stains Was not willing to leave possessions in the room, we "moved out" every morning Cook top cracked and chipped Reception was friendly enough, however the rooms need to have a serious renovation and cleaners sacked

We chose this hotel as it was pet friendly as we were travelling with our cat Raven. Room was small but cosy. Floor felt a little slippery especially when you got out of the shower. There was no wifi in the room that we stayed in, but that was OK. The staff text me to let me know where the key for the room would be and when checking out, we just had to drop it back in the key return box. Simple and easy! Would definitely stay there again!

Not like the pictures unfortunately, it’s a run down motel and overpriced.. aircon didn’t work. It’s anlso an unsafe area and no secure parking.. people drinking and walking around at 10pm when we walked our dogs and 4am.. assuming they’re about all night.
