"Amazing stay! Wish the room service ran during the late hours latest was 11pm and the bar closed at 12am a few people mentioned it felt like a seniors place to stay and I agree. The crowd was a bit older crowd with a few younger people here and there. "
"I’ve stayed here for about 40 weeks over the last 17 years. It’s always my go to. I wish the hotel would offer direct booking options for regular customers that are competitive or better than third party booking sites. Like they used to. Seems like it would be more beneficial for the hotel if they had less overhead. Most of tur wireless access points have been removed and there is very limited wifi on the property now unless you are in the lobby or restaurants. Room wifi was non existent in 1220 and no one in my group of 12 had room wifi. Roaming is a must if you need to manage your business remotely.
