"Exceptional Stay at Rixos Adults Only
We stayed at Rixos Adults Only during Christmas with my family, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel is extremely clean, well-organized, and beautifully maintained, which made our stay very comfortable and relaxing.
All the staff were incredibly welcoming, polite, and professional. You can really feel that guest satisfaction is their top priority. The main restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious food with multiple options to suit all tastes, and everything we tried was excellent.
I would especially like to highlight the manager, Mr. Hassan. He is genuinely humble and leads by example. At one point, we were waiting for coffee while the staff were assisting another guest, and instead of letting us wait, Mr. Hassan personally came and prepared coffee for me and my husband. This small gesture meant a lot and truly reflects the outstanding level of service at the hotel.
Overall, Rixos Adults Only exceeded our expectations, and we thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas stay. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and exceptional hospitality.

"Upon arrival the hotel lobby is beautiful. We were greeted with fresh drinks and warm hospitality.
Rooms are spacious and well kept, bear in mind there are no lifts. However, they have buggy’s to take you around which was the best thing ever! We had a lovely pool view.
Food - there are 5 a la carte restaurants and depending on your stay you could try up to 3-5. We tried amoura (Lebanese) our favourite, limoni (Italian) also amazing and sinfiran. You also have the option of the main buffet, pool side restaurants and beach restaurant. There’s plenty of options and tasted all delicious.
There are 3 main pools which includes 1 adults only, They are heated which was great.
Staff were very lovely, in the buffet area they were always helpful and welcoming. Also, everywhere around the resort they are available and always ready to make your day better."

The staff are all very sad looking and this made it hard to approach them.. When I asked them why they are so sad id often get told they are tired and have worked more than 12 hours. Barely any smiles. They are exhausted "

"Great hotel , amazing service since we arrived every one is looking after us like we were the only ones however the hotel is fully booked but they care about every guest , from reception and the good welcome and the guest relation Nicole is beautiful and supportive, the chef are presenting nice and good taste food , the head chef kotb is great, Rivera restaurant is providing different variety of food selections excellent bar service around the beach.
The management of this hotel are very active and you saw them Everywhere. Mr. Sherif the GM you will find him greeting the guest and asking if they need anything, the hotel is providing great service for guest from different nationalities. I recommend this hotel for all . Will be back sure "
