"Ambiance was amazing, consistent with my last stay at Our Habitas Bacalar… a true eco luxury experience. Fun seeing a coati on site in the early AM! Staff was also amazing: Giovanna at the spa plus some of the best massages I’ve had from Christiana, Edmeda, Elda and Pady. Our wait staff, Armando and Francisco were so kind and lovely also. Breakfast is always such a delight. Keep expanding! "
"Alaya Hotel was a lovely stay. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and made us feel comfortable. Daniel helped us check in after a long travel day, and was super informative and welcoming! He made our check in quick and easy so we could immediately relax (Thanks Daniel!)

"The View is the best , we travel to Tulum for three times, the hotel located a beautiful spot , we stays 4days . Room view is fantastic, we stay at 2nd floor, you can see the sun rise and beautiful ocean views even you lay on the bed ! The only thing is not there is the coffee, and breakfast first two day is ok, you will get bored with it after second morning. The stuff are very friendly. Room is ok, it is a little bit tiny,if you travel family with two teen, or it is ok ! "

"Room was very clean and spacious. Great shower! Every night the staff close the curtains and leave a little dessert which is a nice touch. My only feedback is the beach needs more umbrellas for shade and sometimes the sulphur smell on the beach is quite strong. Staff are kind and helpful. "
