"I was happy about early shift person in the reception as he refused to let signin early he just asked me to leave my leakage and come back later while the afternoon staff was very nice especially mis wafaa she was nice and helpful as well room serves staff was nice."

- Rooms are extremely clean, carpeted, fresh bathrooms, no bad toilet smell, sanitized, and they have thought every single toiletry detail a traveller needs in Madinah
- Haramian view, Walking distance to the Masjid and excellent view.

I stayed in the Family suite and it was a lot of beds. I wish it had a seating area. Otherwise, it was very luxurious. This is 5+ Star ⭐ hotel, not 4. "
