"I especially like the modern, cool vibe at this hotel. The guests are interesting, from all over the world. The staff is young and friendly. The coffee/bar area is amazing. The cocktails and cakes great! The restaurant has many local food selections and its breakfast is very good. The location is unbeatable - everything is easily accessible - either on foot (all the city center points of interest), or by tram or car - the parking garage is attached to the hotel.
Highly recommend this hotel!!! "
"Overall, the hotel is excellent, with parking and the hotel itself situated in a prime location, making restaurants, sights, and shops easily accessible within a short walk. Breakfast is included and offers a great selection! The staff was very kind and helpful. My only minor complaint is that the rooms feel a bit dated and somewhat dark. I would still highly recommend this hotel.
Note that parking costs €20 per night, but the parking area is spacious and convenient."
"Customer service was amazing. We had two hiccups on our visit. Neither of which were the hotels fault and they did an amazing job helping us to fix these problems. Two different front desk staff and they were super helpful. Thank you ladies. Rooms and breakfast were fine."
"This hotel is located conveniently across from Donlac Square, and in the heart of Old Zageb. We appreciated an early breakfast opening at 630 am. We like to get early start to sightseeing. Our room was spacious, clean, quiet. Plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed, and we enjoyed a delicious room service meal. "
