"It's our 2nd time here and the experience has been awesome, as before. Super friendly staff, extremely clean toilet, comfortable bed and room. The thing that impressed us most is the ability to WhatsApp directly for any things we needed, like more water or toilet paper. Everything was also brought up to us very promptly. "Love the view of the river and the mall (mid valley south key). Problem is the traffic flow and why the double or triple humps on the road. Need to redesign the road to split between grab drivers and shoppers who are driving, and to split between the mall’s north southeast west entrance and the hotel."
