"Excellent hotel. Clean. Rooms are small but functional. Located literally 50 meters from
Namba station if you find the proper exit. The hotel is so big it has its own 7/11 on the 4th floor. Very convenient for snacks or a cheap meal. Dontonburi was a 8 minute walk or 500 yen taxi ride. Only issue was the heat. I found the hotel temperature too hot and you can’t adjust it even though there’s a temperature gauge in the room. But this is a very minor issue as most people would want their room to be warm in the winter. "
"It has been a wonderful hotel. Their hospitality and service was amazing. Since we got to the hotel until our last day was excellent, clean and the room was big. Chopaka and Tum were the best and their service was outstanding."
"Loved my stay here. The place was cozy, spotless, and in an ideal location near the shops. Everything was easy and enjoyable—highly recommend! Had laundry inside which was a great addition "
"Pros: Friendly staff. The room is clean. The kitchen has basic equipments that you can make your own breakfast. It has a laundry & dryer in the room which is very convenient for families. There is a supermarket about 500m away from the hotel.
Cons: It is about 1km from Dotonburi / Namba. It is not super convenient but it is acceptable. "
"Amazing variety of breakfast options. For me, their Japanese breakfast/brunch selections are authentic and thoughtful, such as grated mountain yam, Mentaiko, natto and rare type of seaweed. "
