"The property is so beautiful and unique, walking under the arches and around the fountains I felt like a medieval princess. The staff was mostly very professional, except our bellhop hung around our room and tried to sell us a tour with his friend. The restaurant was nice, but there is no included breakfast, so we ate in restaurants and coffee shops in the colonial center. It felt very safe walking around, but since it is a tourist center, the prices were pretty high. I would definitely come back here again next time I'm in Santo Domingo."
"I was happy I had saved my receipt because it’s the second time I have included my breakfast in my reservation and I wasn’t on the list. However the receptionist was kind to see my proof and honored it."
"Unfortunately after asking if there was hot water, we were told thait just has to run for a while, but there has been no hot water, or even warm water for our showers. Great staff and location. Is very convenient for walking in Zona Colonial."
