"The room was big and had high ceilings. We had plenty of space for our luggages. Bed was comfortable and we had very good sleep. They were able to check us in early and that was great since we came from Rome. They were in a central location and we were able to walk the train/bus station and Sorrento port easily. It was a comfortable stay. Thanks to all staff! :)"
"Beautiful historical hotel with stunning views atop the cliffs of Sorrento. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Our suite had an ample twin bed for our daughter in the salon separate from our bedroom. Lush garden area and nice pool area. Staff was excellent. Location is perfect for direct access to shopping and dining in the village. One night we ate dinner at the beach club restaurant at the foot of the cliff below the hotel. Wonderful food and setting. This was our 3rd time in Sorrento and 1st time at this hotel. Would definitely stay here again. "
"Stayed in the Wagner Suite for our honeymoon. Big wraparound balcony with great views of the water. Best hotel service we've ever had, great continental breakfast, convenient location walkable to everything, and even has a private elevator for guests that brings you all the way down to the beach. Would definitely stay here again."
"Great place. Staff super friendly and professional at all levels. The ladies at breakfast were súper friendly. Of taking tours to capri and Positano; the port is across the street. And the Sorrento center is 7 min walk but, you don’t notice it. "
