"What an amazing hotel!
We loved the location in the modern and bustling Makati central business district. The area felt very safe and walkable with great malls and parks in the area. A stark contrast to Manila and the old town.
The room was large and spacious and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was as well with a great shower and a soaking tub.
We had breakfast included and what a spread! It was delicious and plentiful, perhaps over the top.
The service was impeccable and the staff were always so gracious, kind and serviable.
I will stay here over and over again on future returns to Manila. "
"Check in and check out was easy and smooth and the staff was very helpful. I only stayed for 1 night and had to leave early the next morning so I didn't get to explore a lot of the property and eat at the restaurant there."
