"The hotel is conveniently located next to a tram stop on the river. The hotel staff were warm, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms very clean and updated. "
"My room was cozy with an awesome view, and the staff were fantastic. Everybody was so nice and helpful! I had a car carrier that would not fit in the parking garage and they let me take it off and bring it up to their storage room until we left. If they didn’t let me do that I would’ve had a park 1.8 km away. We had a great time at the Christmas market, which is just below perfect location."
