"I found the hotel centrally located in the old city centre with cathedral & Plaza Nueva nearby. It’s a 20min walk to the airport bus stop and the Guggenheim museum. Countless cafés, bars and restaurants are around.
The room was very clean and had tv, aircon, hairdryer, capsule coffee maker and electric heater. I liked the decoration and the balcony.
When I checked in I encountered a multilingual receptionist who was very friendly and gave useful tips.
As a tip: rooms towards the alley let you hear street cleaning and party people at night - earplugs are recommended."

"This hotel is in a perfect location in central
Bilbao. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was a good size with a luxury bathroom. The icing on the cake was that the staff arranged for some Cava t be left in the room for my partner’s birthday which was a lovely surprise.
Definitely recommend this hotel and will return when we next visit beautiful Bilbao!"
