"This was just an overnight stay for an early morning flight out. The hotel is part of a big complex of shops, restaurants with easy walking access to the airport and train links.
The room was a standard size, comfortable and had everything we needed for a 1 night stay. The hotel does have a good drop-off area and also a car park (need to pay). We used one of the 3rd party restaurants and didn't book breakfast so I can't comment on the hotel facilities.
There was an issue when checking in - whilst I was parking the car, my wife was checked in under somebody else's name/booking but it was rectified when I arrived."

Everything about this hotel was excellent! The location is ideal — just a short walk from metro and train stations, making it very easy to get around the city. The Tokyo Dome and shopping areas are nearby, and there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance.
The staff provided outstanding service — very polite, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the highlights was the amazing laundry room — very convenient, spotless, and even includes detergent, which made our stay extra comfortable.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo — 100% satisfaction!"
