Very clean with great, helpful staff.
With the train station a 2 minute walk away and well serviced by trams into the centre of town if you don't fancy the 15 minute walk.

"Beautiful hotel located in a central location. Close to major attractions, shops and restaurants. Staff is helpful and friendly. We were assisted from beginning to end. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. A few steps of stairs going to the elevators can be a bit tough when you have heavy luggages but tolerable. You can ask the reception to assist for this small issue. Breakfast buffet is perfect with many selections - love the standby cook who will prep eggs however you like! I highly recommend this hotel when in Vienna!"
