"We stayed for 11 days at Neptune Paradise, we had amazing time, room and bathroom has really good size, spotless clean thanks to our cleaner Mohamood, whole resort is very clean and well looked after, good variety of food, something for everyone, staff very friendly and helpful. No shops in walking distance, if you want to stay in this hotel, make sure you bring everything you need with you.
Only negative thing is unfortunately the beach, big beautiful beach but you cant use it, as soon as you step on the beach you will be surrounded by bracelet ,safari etc sellers, even tho we said no multiple times they dont seem to understand and follow you everywhere you go, put us off from going to the beach. "
"Excellent hotel right on a great fine sand beach.
Very attentive staff throughout the hotel, from check in, restaurant, security, house keeping and even the gardeners. Lots of space in apartment, good facilities, including well equipped kitchen and even a laundry room.
We stayed 2 weeks in total, with a few nights out on excursions and felt very safe leaving our belongings in the apartment. Miriam on reception was particularly helpful assisting us arrange various trips out.
Too many good people to call out but must shout out Valeria in the restaurant and Mkala in security for all their help… as well as everyone around the pool and sun loungers who just made us really comfortable… I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough for a long safe relaxing stay…"
